Nederman launches a new and versatile weld fume extraction system
Weld fumes jeopardize welders’ health, affect product quality, reduce capacity and disturb production. On 31 July, Nederman is introducing a new and affordable product, Nederman WeldFilter, to further strengthen the company’s weld fume extraction range.
Nederman WeldFilter is a mobile weld fume extraction unit offering easy, trouble-free operation and flexible access. It is a versatile solution designed to take care of fume extraction for all kinds of welding applications.
Nederman WeldFilter is available with one or two extraction arms. The arms can be swiveled 360 degrees. With its attractive, robust and user-friendly design, this mobile unit makes weld fume extraction easier than ever.
The long-life cartridge filter is of very high quality, ensuring that dangerous particles are separated in a safe way. Another advantage is that the filter is cleanable, which keeps operating costs low. An automatic filter alarm indicates when it is time to clean the filter. Also included is a blowgun, which is used to clean the filter in a closed process. The dust is safely disposed of in a bag.
